If we look at a kitchen it looks very simple from outer view,but from inside (inside the boxes) it has many components.It has drawer system,shelves unit,corner unit,pantry unit,lift ups and many other things.All these things are managed and installed as per the size and shape of the kitchen and also on the requirement of the client.
 If we talk about accessories and appliances then there is a never ending list of products but the most important and most use able accessories are cutlery unit/tray,flour unit,bottle pull out,masala pull out, corner unit (magic/s/d corner unit), pantry unit, cosario unit, gas hob,chimney,sink.

Cutlery unit tray comes in PVC,wooden ans stainless finish. We can buy them as per our budget and these trays comes in standard size of 2 feet and 3 feet.  Functionality of all trays is same.
Bottle pull out and masala pull out comes in wire basket and tandom finish with soft close mechanism. They comes in sizes like 6 inches, 8 inches.We can place sauces bottles, vinegar bottles in them.
Corner unit like magic corner,S- unit are the latest products in the market. These are the best products to make the full use of corner to it's potential.The only difference between the is their price. Magic corner is on the higher side when we see them with the cost point of view.
Pantry unit is the modified form of tall shelf unit. These units comes with 8,12 shelves in which we can  store sufficient quantity of daily stuff. It is made up of stainless steel which is rust proof and it also comes with a soft close mechanism.

Kitchen Design.

While designing a modular kitchen, many minor to major issues should be kept in mind such as measurement,shape and window placement in the kitchen.
The standard slab/shelf size for modular kitchen is 2 feet(24 inches) and height of the lower shelf is 32/33 inches.Gas hob and chimney generally comes in two sizes i.e. 2 feet and 3 feet. If slab size is more than 10 feet then we can use a gas of 3 feet and if size is less than 10 feet then 2 feet gas hob and chimney is sufficient.Gas hob comes with two type of flames,Italian burner and Indian burner.
With Indian style of cooking,Italian flame is not that suitable because of it's low intensity heat flames.Moreover Italian burner consume more gas as compare to Indian burner.Keeping Indian market in mind,all hob and chimney making companies are coming with the idea of Indian flame burner. In case of  chimneys their functionality is same,they differ in size and looks only.You can choose chimney with glass look or solid look.
Avoid placing gas hob in front of window because while installing chimney it will create problem or you can use chimneys made for island,which are generally costlier in price.

Chimneys now comes with auto clean function,which makes them very hassle free to use.While choosing chimney for your kitchen always keep in mind their suction power  because more the suction power more is the capability of the chimney to  throw smoke and dust out.Similarly while choosing gas hob keep in the mind whether you want 2 burner,3 burner or 4 burner hob.

In beginning wood was used to make the drawers and shelves for holding utensils and boxes like masala box,sauce bottles etc. When wet utensils were places inside these boxes,they get destroyed when moisture/ water comes into contact with wooden platform.This was a major flaw in the beginning. Furniture Design.

Furniture is the most important part while designing a home. 40% of the look depends on the selection of furniture done by us. Furniture now a days can be designed by our needs and requirements,some clients looks for storage in the furniture while other goes for decorative purpose only. In case of bed we can give two type of storage, one is hydraulic system and other is box system.Both these system comes under the bed.Hydraulic kind of storage needs to be lift up while keeping your stuff inside it while boxes are very easy to use,we just need to pull them out from the side of the bed.

Looks of the bed can be enhance by the kind of wood,fabric or paint we use. Leatherette is the  most convenient fabric to use because it is easy to clean,you can wipe it with a wet cloth to remove dust or any stain on it. On the other hand it is really tough to remove stains from cotton or linen fabric. Price wise both the fabrics come under same price category.

Pure Bliss.

A pure bliss modular kitchen designed by team Book My Interior.
In this kitchen we have tried to bring more life in to the kitchen by adding more colors and sitting area into the kitchen.We have not used tiles on the wall,instead digital printed glass is used on the wall. Laminates used on the boxes are of oak color and white textured laminate.

Two wicker baskets are also used to keep daily utility items. O.T.G unit and micro unit are placed along with the tall pantry unit. In India we need a lot of storage to keep different size and shape utensils. So,keeping that in mind we have give innotech drawers, shelf unit, S-cornor, pantry unit to fulfill our requirement.
Colors like oak and white are on the lighter side,so to brighten up the space we have used bright colors on  the wall in cooking area and sitting area as well.

Modular Kitchen.

There are lot of options for counter top in modular kitchen. We are going to discuss the one by one. Today we are going to discuss about corian.

 CORIAN :- Corian is the latest material used as counter top not only in modular kitchens but also for reception area of hotels, restaurant. It gives a unique and luxurious look to you kitchen. Corian is a material with endless potential. It can be fixed with out and seam,it can be molded to any shape. While using corian counter top it is recommended not to place extremely hot utensils on it,although it can remain stable up to a temperature of 100 degree celsius.
Corian is manufactured in three thicknesses 6mm, 12mm, 19mm.Any sort of damage caused to corian is repairable. It can be buffed or polished after sometime to give it a brand new look.
Corian is available in wide range of colors but most commonly used or purchased color is white.

Window Options.

From the origin of humanity the important and common form of material used for constructing homes and huts is wood. From roof to doors to windows every where wood was used. As people starts to develop or grow more and more people starts indulging themselves in cutting of tree for trading purpose.
